Please note that IRC does not take responsibility for hotel bookings, the booking contract will be between the participant and the booking agent.

3. Confirm and pay: Enter your personal and payment details to complete your reservation.
4. Cancelation: Please review carefully the booking and cancellation terms of the respective hotel while booking your room.

Individual bookings: Up to a maximum of five rooms per reservation. All payments are processed securely by BookingMaster.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email including your accommodation voucher and payment receipt.
