CONFERENCE PAPER SUBMISSION (OPTIONAL)

TO SUBMIT YOUR CONFERENCE PAPERS FOR THE IRC 2026, PLEASE CLICK HERE

The Scientific Committee of the IRC 2026 now invites the submission (optional) of conference papers for publication in the Scopus-indexed proceedings.

CONFERENCE PAPER PREPARATION:

Conference papers submitted must adhere to the following specifications:

  • Papers are to be authored or co-authored.
  • Papers must contain at least 4000 words and be limited to 8000 words under the headings of Introduction (background/hypothesis), Materials and Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
  • Papers must be submitted in English.
  • The abstract title should be typed in upper case. The title should be concise, define the topic, and contain no abbreviations.
  • Overly commercial papers will not be accepted.
  • Tables are accepted as images. All figures should be high-resolution.
  • Submissions may have up to 10 authors, and the corresponding author must be selected in the system.
  • A language editing service (such as free www.grammarly.com) should be used to ensure the English quality.

CONFERENCE PAPER SUBMISSION

  • The submission system will open on 1st June 2026. The paper template and submission system link will be sent to all authors before this date.
  • The deadline for conference paper submission and payment of the paper registration fee (€ 220) is 31 August 2026.
  • There will be no extension to the paper submission deadline to ensure a timely publication process for the proceedings.
  • The peer review process begins upon submission of the paper and payment of the paper registration fee during the period from 1st June 2026 to 31 August 2026, and it takes approximately 3 months for final acceptance in the Scopus-indexed proceedings.
  • Notification of final acceptance (new conference paper) will be sent on 30 November 2026.
  • The ready-to-publish proceedings will be submitted to the publisher (Springer) on 31 December 2026, with online publication and indexation expected by 30 June 2027.
  • Only presented papers can be evaluation for the proceedings.
  • Conference papers should be submitted after receiving the template at: https://www.irc2026.performer-events.org

  • The deadline for conference paper submission and payment of the paper registration fee (€ 220) is 31st August 2026.
  • Author login credentials for conference paper submission will be provided only after payment of the paper registration fee.

  • Paper registration fee payment: 1st June 2026 - 31st August 2026
  • Deadline for submitting conference papers and payment: 31st August 2026
  • Notification of final acceptance: 30 November 2026
  • Online publication and indexation of the proceedings: 30 June 2027
