- Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the congress are requested to contact the registration secretariat at [email protected].
- Only participants who complete their registration will be included in the programme.
- The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the above mentioned early bird or regular deadlines, it will not be considered as early or regular registration if the payment has not been received.
- To be eligible for the student registration fee, documentary evidence of their delegate status such as official transcript or copy of student ID card must be submitted along with this registration form. Without this documentation, delegate fees will be applied.

Beware of Fraud Offers!
Please be aware that there are several websites impersonating the IRC 2026 registration and accommodation booking sites. They can be very professional looking and may use online advertising to appear at the top of search results.
DEKON Group is the Organizing Secretariat and is the only authorized company for the IRC 2026 for registration and accommodation services. The only way to access the IRC 2026 registration form (including hotel options) is through the sections on the congress website www.irc2026.org

Cancellation Policy - Registration:
Requests for registration cancellation must be received in writing by the IRC 2026 Registration Secretariat (DEKON) via e-mail to [email protected] or fax (+90 212 347 63 63).
- Cancellations before March 02, 2026 will receive full refund minus a 25% of a conference fee as an administrative charge.
- Cancellations later than June 12, 2026 will not receive any refund.
Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of IRC 2026, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
