SUBMISSION GUIDELINE
Oral Abstract Presentation
- Oral presentation is 15 minutes total, including the Q&A part (12 minutes presentation + 3 minutes Q&A).
- A widescreen projector will be used. Please make sure your PPT presentation slides are formatted to 16:9 aspect ratio (current PPT standard).
- We encourage you to use the IRC 2026 templates provided HERE, but this is not required.
- Keynote files are NOT supported.
- All presenters must deliver their presentations to the technical desk in the relevant hall at least 3 hours prior to their session time in order to upload their presentations. If the session is the first session in the morning, please upload the presentations the day before.
- Presenter View might not be available. Please bring any notes you may need.
- Please proceed to your session room 10-15 minutes before session start time to introduce yourself to the session chair(s) and familiarize yourself with the set-up.
Poster Presentation
- Posters will be presented as printed paper posters in the conference' poster area.
- Posters should be prepared in portrait format, with dimensions A0 size. [84.1 cm (height) × 118.9 cm(width)].
- All materials necessary for attaching the poster will be available at the poster help desk.
- The abstract title, author(s), and affiliation(s) must appear at the top of the poster.
- Please ensure that your poster can be easily read from a distance of 2 meters.
- All posters must be written entirely in English.
- Poster presentations will be rotating each day; therefore, poster presenters are kindly required to hang up their posters in the morning on their presentation days and collect them back at the end of the program on the same day.
